Note: The above apprentices will be placed at CSPGCL's power plants: Hasdeo Thermal Power Station Korba West, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Thermal Power Station Korba East, Atal Bihari Vajpayee Thermal Power Station Madwa Tendubhatha Dist. Janjgir Champa, and Hasdeo Bango Hydro Power Plant Machadoli.

Applications for Apprenticeship Training are invited from candidates who are original residents of Chhattisgarh state with the above-mentioned educational qualifications.

Rules and Conditions:

1. Reservation: Selection will be made as per Chhattisgarh government reservation rules.
2. Selection Process: a. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifying exam scores and interview performance. b. Main selection list and waiting list will be published on the company website. Selected candidates will be notified via email to appear for contract signing on a specified date.
3. The apprenticeship training is for one year only. After completion, candidates will not be entitled to any temporary or permanent employment in CSPGCL.
4. Candidates with one year or more work experience, or those who have already undergone similar training elsewhere, are not eligible.
5. Selected candidates must submit a declaration stating they haven't previously undergone apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act 1961 (Amended in 1973, 1986 & 2014). If the gap between result declaration and training commencement is between one to three years, candidates must submit a self-affidavit stating they were not employed elsewhere during this period. Candidates who have completed three years since passing their exam by December 31, 2024, are not eligible to apply.
6. Hostel or vehicle facilities will not be provided to apprentices.
7. Candidates must register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) website www.mhrdnats.gov.in and mention their valid 16-digit Registration Number in the application. All qualifications for DBT in NATS 2.0 must be met.
8. Self-attested copies of the following documents must be attached with the application: i. Application form in the attached format ii. Affidavit in the attached format iii. 10th and 12th mark sheets iv. Qualifying exam mark sheet v. Caste certificate (for SC/ST/OBC candidates) vi. Chhattisgarh state permanent residence certificate vii. Aadhar card viii. NATS Registration Number
