Rules and conditions for recruitment to the above contractual vacant positions:

  1. Application forms in the prescribed format must be received by 5:00 PM on 10/10/2024 in a sealed envelope via registered post/speed post addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat. Applications submitted personally, by email, or through other electronic means will not be accepted. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
  2. Age limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years. Age relaxation orders/instructions issued by the General Administration Department will apply to contractual appointments. Age will be calculated as of October 1, 2024.
  3. Only permanent caste certificates issued by competent authorities will be accepted.
  4. Applicants must attach self-attested photocopies of all necessary documents with the application.
  5. Applicants must be original residents of Chhattisgarh state. A self-attested copy of the domicile certificate issued by a competent authority must be attached.
  6. Contractual appointment will be for a maximum of three years. Thereafter, if needed, the work period may be extended for one year based on work qualification, efficiency, and behavior, as per government instructions and mutual consent of both parties.
  7. This appointment will be subject to all conditions related to contractual appointments as per the General Administration Department's memorandum F.9-1/2012/1-3 dated December 31, 2012, and updated instructions.
  8. Leave entitlement during the contractual appointment period will be as per the Chhattisgarh Civil Service (Contractual Appointment) Rules 2012.
  9. Persons appointed on contract will be governed by the Chhattisgarh Civil Service (Conduct) Rules 1965.
  10. During the contract period, the appointment can be terminated by either party with one month's notice or by paying one month's salary in lieu of notice.
  11. After the end of service, the contractual officer/employee will not be eligible for any pension, gratuity, or death benefits for the service period.
  12. All applications received in the district will be shortlisted on a merit basis, and candidates will be called for a skill test. The final selection list will be prepared by adding the marks obtained in the skill test.
  13. Appointment will be given to the applicant scoring the highest marks. Five applicants will be kept on a waiting list, and if a position becomes vacant in the future, it will be filled from the waiting list. The waiting list will be valid for one year.
  14. Applicants working in government/semi-government institutions must submit their application through proper channels along with a No Objection Certificate.
  15. Incomplete, unclear, and erroneous application forms will be rejected without any notice.
  16. The name of the applied position should be clearly mentioned on the envelope; otherwise, the application will be rejected.
  17. Applicants who have married before the minimum age prescribed for marriage will not be eligible for appointment. Marriage certificate should be attached.
  18. Applicants with more than two children, of whom one was born on or after January 26, 2001, will not be eligible for appointment.
  19. Candidates who have married a person who already has a living spouse will not be eligible. In such cases, only the government can decide otherwise, i.e., if the government is satisfied that there is sufficient reason for doing so, it may grant exemption from this restriction.

  21. Those who have submitted applications for the above positions between 04/09/2024 and 18/09/2024 need not apply again. Previous applications will be considered valid.
