1. Visit the Official Website:

   • Go to the official NTA NCHMJEE website: https://nchm2025.ntaonline.in/ or the NCHM JEE section of the NTA portal.

2. Register for the Exam:

   • On the homepage, click on the link to register for NCHM JEE 2025.
   • Fill in the required personal details like name, email, phone number, and create a password.

3. Complete the Application Form:

   • After registering, log in to your account.
   • Fill in the application form with your educational and personal details such as:
     • Name
     • Father’s Name
     • Date of Birth
     • Address
     • Educational Qualification
     • Exam Center Preferences

4. Upload Required Documents:

   • Upload scanned copies of necessary documents, such as:
     • Passport-size photograph
     • Signature
     • Category Certificate (if applicable)

5. Pay the Application Fee:

   • Choose the appropriate payment method (Online Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or Offline E-Challan).
   • Pay the required application fee:
     • General / OBC NCL: 1000/-
     • EWS: 700/-
     • SC / ST / PH: 450/-

6. Submit the Application Form:

   • After filling the form and paying the fee, review all the information.
   • Submit the application form once you confirm everything is correct.

7. Download the Confirmation Page:

   • After successful submission, download and save the confirmation page for future reference.

8. Correction Window (If Necessary):

   • If you need to make any changes in your application form, use the correction window available from 17th to 20th February 2025.

9. Admit Card and Exam Preparation:
