NTA NEET UG 2025 Correction Edit Form

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the correction window for the NEET UG 2025 application form. If you have already submitted your NEET UG 2025 application but need to make any changes or corrections to the details you provided, this is your opportunity. The correction/edit window will be available from 9th March to 11th March 2025.

Aadhar Card

Aadhar Card is compulsory for the NEET UG 2025 examination.

Photo Instructions

Passport-size photo (4x6) with visible ears and white background. The photo must be taken after 01/01/2025. The name and photo date must also be entered.

Steps to Edit or Correct Your NTA NEET UG 2025 Application Form:

  1. Visit the Official NTA NEET Website
    To begin the correction process, go to the official website of NTA NEET at https://neet.nta.nic.in/. This is the only official platform where you can make corrections to your application.

  2. Log in with Your Credentials
    On the NEET UG 2025 website, locate the login section. Enter your application number and password to access your submitted form. If you don’t remember your credentials, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset them.

  3. Check Your Application Details
    Once logged in, carefully review your application details. Check for any mistakes or inaccuracies in personal information, educational qualifications, and other sections. Identify the areas where you need to make corrections.

  4. Select the Edit Option
    After reviewing your application, click on the option to edit or correct the form. This will allow you to make changes to the information you previously submitted.

  5. Make the Necessary Corrections
    Correct any mistakes or update information where necessary. Common corrections might include personal details (name, date of birth, gender), educational qualifications, or even the selection of exam centers. Ensure that the changes you make are accurate.

  6. Re-upload Documents (If Required)
    If the correction involves uploading a new or updated document, make sure to upload it in the specified format. This could include uploading a corrected photograph or signature.

  7. Pay the Correction Fee (If Applicable)
    In some cases, a correction fee may be required, depending on the nature of the changes made. If a fee is applicable, you can make the payment online using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, or UPI.

  8. Preview the Edited Application
    After making all necessary corrections, preview your edited application to ensure that all details are correct. Double-check everything, as once the correction window closes, no further changes can be made.

  9. Submit the Corrected Application
    Once you are satisfied with the changes, submit the edited application form. Ensure that you receive a confirmation message or email indicating that your corrections have been successfully submitted.

  10. Print the Confirmation Page
    After submitting the corrections, download and print the confirmation page for your records. This will serve as proof of your updated application details.
