Steps to Follow for BELTRON DEO 2024 DV Program 2025

  1. Check Your Name in the DV List: Visit the official BELTRON portal and look for the latest DV notification. Ensure your name and roll number appear on the list of shortlisted candidates.

  2. Note the DV Schedule: Take careful note of the date and time allotted to you. The DV process will take place between 28th April and 4th May 2025, so attending on the scheduled day is essential.

  3. Gather Required Documents: Prepare all required original documents such as your 10th and 12th mark sheets, graduation certificate, caste/category certificate (if applicable), ID proof, and any other documents mentioned in the DV notice.

  4. Organize Photocopies: Along with original documents, carry several sets of self-attested photocopies as instructed. These may be submitted during the verification.

  5. Reach the Venue on Time: Arrive at the document verification venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Late entry may lead to disqualification.

  6. Follow COVID-19 Protocols (if applicable): Even if not strictly enforced, it's advisable to carry a mask and hand sanitizer as a precautionary measure.

  7. Get Your Documents Verified: Once called, present your documents in the proper order for verification by the authorities. Cooperate with staff and ensure everything is in order.

  8. Collect Acknowledgment Slip: After successful verification, make sure to collect the acknowledgment or confirmation slip. It serves as proof of DV completion.
