- Domicile: Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Sikkim

- Class 10th with a 3-Year Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Fire. OR

- 10+2 Intermediate Exam (Regular).

- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License OR Medium Vehicle License (1 Year Before Advertisement Date) OR Light Motor Vehicle License (LMV) (2 Years Before Advertisement Date).
