The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the 2nd Merit List for Class 11th Admission 2025 through its Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS). This merit list provides a second opportunity for students who were not selected in the first round to secure admission into Intermediate (Class 11) courses in Arts, Science, Commerce, and Agriculture streams across government and affiliated colleges in Bihar.
What is OFSS Bihar?
The Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) is an online portal launched by BSEB to simplify the Class 11 admission process across Bihar. Students who have passed their Matric (10th) exams from BSEB or any recognized board (CBSE/ICSE/others) can apply for admission into intermediate courses using a single common application.
Admission to more than 10,000 schools and colleges affiliated with the Bihar Board is managed through the OFSS system in a transparent and merit-based manner.
What is the 2nd Merit List?
The 2nd Merit List is released for students who:
-
Did not get a seat in the 1st round,
-
Were placed on the waiting list, or
-
Did not confirm their admission earlier.
This list is prepared based on available seats, student preferences, and marks secured in Class 10. If you’ve applied earlier and weren’t selected, this is your chance to check the second list and proceed with admission if allotted.
