The State Bank of India (SBI) has officially released the Preliminary Admit Card for SBI PO 2025, one of the most awaited government job exams in India. Candidates who successfully registered for the exam can now download their admit cards online and prepare for the Prelims examination scheduled to be held on 02, 04, and 05 August 2025.

    Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any stream (such as Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, etc.) from a recognized university or institution in India.

    Degrees that are equivalent to a bachelor's qualification and approved by the Indian education system are also accepted.
  • Final Year Candidates:
    Students in their final year of graduation can apply, but they must provide proof of degree completion during the interview stage.

✅ How to Download SBI PO 2025 Admit Card?

Follow the steps below to download your SBI PO admit card quickly and without errors:

Step 1: Visit the Official SBI Website

Go to https://sbi.co.in and navigate to the “Careers” section, usually available at the bottom of the homepage.

Step 2: Open the ‘Latest Announcements’ Section

Look for the "SBI PO Preliminary Exam 2025 Admit Card" link in the announcements area.

Step 3: Login with Registration Details

Click the link and enter your Registration Number / Roll Number and Date of Birth / Password as provided during online application.

Step 4: Verify and Download the Admit Card

After logging in, your admit card will be visible on the screen. Check all the details and click Download/Print.


📄 Details Mentioned on the Admit Card

Make sure the following details are correctly printed on your admit card:

  • Candidate's Name

  • Roll Number

  • Photograph and Signature

  • Exam Date and Reporting Time

  • Venue Address and Code

  • Exam Shift (Morning/Afternoon)

  • Instructions for the Exam

📌 Documents to Carry on Exam Day

You must carry the following documents with you on the exam day:

  1. Printed Copy of Admit Card

  2. Valid Government-Issued ID Proof – Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving License

⛔ Items Not Allowed in Exam Hall

📘 Exam Pattern – SBI PO Prelims 2025

The Prelims paper will test candidates on three sections:

  1. English Language – 30 Questions, 20 Minutes

  2. Quantitative Aptitude – 35 Questions, 20 Minutes

  3. Reasoning Ability – 35 Questions, 20 Minutes

  • Total: 100 Questions for 100 Marks

  • Duration: 1 Hour

  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer

Candidates must qualify in all three sections to be eligible for the Mains exam.

  • Reach the exam center at least 60 minutes early to avoid last-minute hassles.

📝 What After SBI PO Prelims?

Once the Prelims exam is over, SBI will evaluate the performance of all candidates. The SBI PO Prelims Result 2025 is expected by late August or early September 2025.

Candidates who qualify in the Prelims will be invited for the Mains Examination, which includes objective and descriptive tests, followed by Group Exercise and Interview rounds.
