The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the Admit Card for the Stenographer Grade C and Grade D Examination 2025. All registered candidates can now access and download their hall tickets from their respective regional SSC websites.

As per the official schedule, the SSC Stenographer Exam 2025 will be conducted in online mode on 6th, 7th, and 8th August 2025 across various centers in India. This is a national-level examination, and competition is expected to be intense due to the high number of applicants.

✅ How to Download SSC Stenographer Admit Card 2025

Downloading your admit card is mandatory, as you won’t be allowed to enter the exam center without it. Follow these step-by-step instructions:

  1. Visit Your SSC Regional Website
    Go to the SSC regional website (like SSC ER, WR, NR, SR, etc.) based on the region you selected while applying.

  2. Locate the Admit Card Section
    On the homepage, look for “Download Admit Card” or “Admit Card for Stenographer C & D Exam 2025” under the Latest News/Notice tab.

  3. Enter Your Login Credentials
    Fill in your registration number/roll number and date of birth. In some regions, your name and father's name may also be needed.

  4. Verify Details and Download
    Once logged in, your admit card will be displayed. Review the information carefully, then download and save it.

  5. Take a Printout
    It's advised to take at least two clear printouts (preferably one in color) for use on exam day and as a backup.

📋 SSC Stenographer 2025: Exam Pattern at a Glance

The computer-based test will be objective-type and divided into the following sections:

  • General Intelligence & Reasoning: 50 marks

  • General Awareness: 50 marks

  • English Language & Comprehension: 100 marks
    Total: 200 marks
    Duration: 2 hours

There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

After qualifying the CBT, candidates will be shortlisted for the Skill Test, which will assess shorthand typing in Hindi or English as per candidate preference.
