Selection Process
The selection process for RCFL apprentices is based on merit. There is no written test or interview for most of the positions.

Merit Preparation: The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying exam (ITI, Diploma, or Degree).

Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification at RCFL.

Medical Examination: Final selection will depend on passing a medical fitness test as per company standards.

Training and Stipend
