UPSC CDS I Marks 2025 – Out

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the Combined Defence Services (CDS) I Marks 2025. Candidates who appeared in the CDS I examination can now check their marks, which were published on 07 January 2026. The release of marks helps candidates understand their performance and assess their chances in the final merit list.

The CDS examination is one of the most respected government recruitment exams for entry into the Indian Armed Forces. Through CDS I 2025, UPSC aims to fill vacancies in the Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, and Officers Training Academy.


UPSC CDS I Marks 2025 – Important Dates

The official notification for CDS I 2025 was issued on 11 December 2024. Online applications started on the same date and continued until 31 December 2024, which was also the last date for fee payment.

The written examination was conducted on 13 April 2025. Admit cards were made available on 03 April 2025. The written result was declared on 28 April 2025, followed by the final merit list on 10 October 2025.

The OTA final result was declared later on 29 December 2025, and the marks sheet was released on 07 January 2026, which is now available.

Application Fee Details

Candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories were required to pay an application fee of ₹200.

Applicants from SC, ST, and all Female categories were exempted from paying any application fee.

Age Limit for UPSC CDS I 2025 (As on 31 December 2025)

For the CDS I examination, the minimum age requirement is 20 years, while the maximum age limit is 24 years, depending on the academy applied for.

The Indian Naval Academy (INA) has 32 vacancies, and candidates must have passed or be appearing in a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

The Air Force Academy (AFA) offers 32 vacancies. Eligible candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any stream with Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 level, or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

The Officers Training Academy (OTA) has the highest number of vacancies, with 275 posts for men and 18 posts for women. Candidates must have passed or be appearing in a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
