• The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially released the Tier-I Admit Card for Group A, Group B, and Group C posts for 2026. Candidates who successfully completed the online application process can now download their admit card to appear in the Tier-I examination.

• The online application process started on 02 December 2025 and concluded on 27 December 2025. The last date for online fee payment was also 27 December 2025.
• Exam city information was released on 17 January 2026, allowing candidates to check their allotted exam location in advance.
• The Tier-I examination will be conducted on 31 January 2026 and 01 February 2026.
• The Tier-I Admit Card was released on 28 January 2026 and is now available for download.

Application Fee Details

• For Group A posts, candidates from General, EWS, and OBC categories paid an application fee of ₹1750.
• For Group B and Group C posts, the application fee for General, EWS, and OBC candidates was ₹1050.
• Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories, as well as all female candidates, were required to pay ₹250 only.

• For Assistant Secretary, the age range is 18 to 35 years.

• For Accounts Officer, candidates must be between 18 and 35 years.

• For Junior Translation Officer, the age limit is 18 to 30 years.
• For Junior Accountant and Junior Assistant, the maximum age allowed is 27 years.
