Coal India Management Trainee Online Form 2022

Coal India Limited (CIL) has announced the Management Trainee (MT) Recruitment 2022. Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online from 23rd June 2022 to 22nd July 2022.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 30 years (as on the last date of application)
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
    • PWD: 10 years

Educational Qualification:

  • For General/UR and OBC candidates:
    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute.
    • Minimum Marks: 60% marks for General/OBC candidates (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates).
  • For specific disciplines: Candidates should have the requisite technical qualification such as engineering degree, MBA, or any other discipline as specified by the recruitment authority.

Selection Procedure

The selection process for Coal India Limited Management Trainee (MT) Recruitment will consist of the following stages:

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT): A multi-stage exam covering various sections depending on the discipline.

    • Aptitude/Reasoning
    • General English
    • Subject-specific questions related to the candidate's discipline.
