FCI Non Executives Various Post Online Form 2022

The Food Corporation of India (FCI) has released a detailed notification for Non-Executive recruitment under Advt. No 01/2022. This recruitment is for the Junior Engineer Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Stenographer, AG III (General/Account/Technical/Depot/Hindi) positions. The recruitment is being conducted on a zone-wise basis.

Important Dates:

  • Application Start Date: 06 September 2022
  • Application End Date: 05 October 2022
  • Phase I Exam Date: Available on the official website
  • Phase II Admit Card Release: Check official notification
  • Result Declaration: After each phase of the examination

Vacancy Details:

  • Total Posts: Multiple vacancies under various categories including:
    • Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
    • Stenographer
    • Assistant Grade III (AG III) General
    • Assistant Grade III (AG III) Accounts
    • Assistant Grade III (AG III) Depot
    • Assistant Grade III (AG III) Hindi

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

  • Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical):

    • B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in the respective discipline (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical).
  • Stenographer:

    • Graduate from a recognized university with a proficiency in Shorthand (English/Hindi).
  • Assistant Grade III (AG III):

    • Graduation in the relevant discipline.
    • Hindi post requires a Degree in Hindi as a subject.

Age Limit (As on the date of notification):

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 28 years
    • Age Relaxation as per government norms (SC/ST/OBC/PWD).

Selection Procedure:

  1. Phase I:

    • Online Test: The first phase will be an objective-type online exam with subjects like General Intelligence, Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, and English Language.
  2. Phase II:

    • Written Examination: This phase will include more specific questions related to the job position and post applied for. The written exam will be subject-based and also test candidates' technical knowledge.
  3. Skill Test (if applicable):

    • For posts like Stenographer, a skill test in Shorthand may be conducted.
  4. Document Verification:

    • Candidates who qualify in the exams will undergo document verification, where they need to produce original documents as mentioned in the advertisement.
  5. Medical Examination:

    • A medical checkup will be required for the candidates selected for the final appointment.

Pay Scale:

  • Junior Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical):
    • Pay scale as per the FCI rules.
  • Stenographer:
    • Pay scale as per the FCI rules.
  • Assistant Grade III:
    • Pay scale as per the FCI norms. Candidates will also be eligible for allowances as per the government norms.

Application Fee:

  • General/OBC/EWS: Check the official notification for the fee amount.
  • SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen: Exempt from paying the fee.

Payment Mode: The application fee can be paid online using credit/debit cards or through internet banking.

  3. Fill in the Application Form: Complete the application form with all necessary details, including personal information, educational qualifications, and post preference.
  4. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of required documents, including educational certificates, ID proof, and a passport-sized photograph.
  5. Pay Application Fee: If applicable, pay the required application fee through the available online payment methods.
  6. Submit the Application: Review the details and submit the form.
  7. Download Confirmation: Download and print the confirmation page for your records.

Admit Card / Call Letter:

  • Phase II Admit Card: Candidates will be able to download their Phase II Admit Card from the official FCI website. Keep an eye on the official website for updates on the release of admit cards.
