HTET 2025 Eligibility

Level-I (Primary Teacher – Classes 1 to 5)

Candidates should fulfill any one of the following qualifications:

  • 10+2 with 50% marks and 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education / Special Education / B.El.Ed
  • 10+2 with 45% marks and 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-Year Diploma in Elementary Education / Special Education / B.El.Ed

Level-II (Trained Graduate Teacher – Classes 6 to 8)

Candidates should have any one of the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks and 2-Year Diploma in Education / Elementary Education
  • Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks and B.Ed / Special B.Ed
  • 10+2 with 50% marks and 4-Year BA B.Ed / B.Sc B.Ed

Level-III (Post Graduate Teacher)
