UP Metro Various Post Online Form 2024 Last Date : 19/04/2024
The Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC) has announced the recruitment for Executive and Non-Executive Various Posts for the year 2024. Candidates who are interested in applying for these positions can do so by following the guidelines provided below.
Important Dates:
- Application Begin: 20th March 2024
- Last Date for Registration: 19th April 2024
- Last Date for Fees Payment: 19th April 2024
- Exam Date: 11th to 14th May 2024
- Admit Card Available: 30th April 2024
Application Fees:
The application fee varies depending on the candidate's category:
- General / OBC / EWS: ₹1180/-
- SC / ST: ₹826/-
Payment can be made online using debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
Age Limit (as of 01/01/2025):
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per UPMRC recruitment rules.
UPMRC Recruitment 2024 Vacancy Details:
The recruitment includes a total of 439 vacancies across various executive and non-executive posts. The posts are as follows:
- Assistant Manager (Electrical): 11 posts – Eligible candidates must have a BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC candidates).
- Assistant Manager (S&T): 6 posts – Eligible candidates must have a BE/B.Tech in Electronics or Electronics & Communication Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC candidates).
- Assistant Manager / Operations: 3 posts – Candidates must have a BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Assistant Manager (IT): 3 posts – Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Computer Application (MCA) or BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC candidates).
- Assistant Manager (Accounts): 4 posts – Candidates must have passed the Chartered Accountant (CA) examination.
- Assistant Manager / Architect: 1 post – Candidates must have a B.Arch degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Assistant Manager / Human Resource: 2 posts – Candidates must have an MBA in HR or PGDM in HR with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Assistant Manager / Public Relations: 1 post – Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Mass Communication with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): 88 posts – Candidates must have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).
- Junior Engineer (S&T): 44 posts – Candidates must have an Engineering Diploma in Electronics/Electronics & Communication with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC candidates).
- Station Controller Cum Train Operator (SCTO): 155 posts – Candidates must have an Engineering Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC candidates).
- Account Assistant: 8 posts – Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for ST candidates).
- Office Assistant HR: 4 posts – Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any stream with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Public Relation Assistant: 4 posts – Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC candidates).
- Maintainer / Electrical: 78 posts – Candidates must have an ITI certificate in Electrical trade with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).
- Maintainer / S&T: 26 posts – Candidates must have an ITI certificate in Electronic Mechanic trade with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).
Exam District Details:
The recruitment exam will be conducted in several districts, including:
- Agra, Aligarh, Bareilly, Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur, Jhansi, Kanpur, Lucknow, Mathura, Meerut, Moradabad, Muzaffarnagar, Noida, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Basti, and Sitapur.
