Steps to Download IGNOU TEE June 2024 Hall Ticket:
Visit ignou.ac.in or hall_ticket.ignou.ac.in and locate the “Hall Ticket/Admit Card” link under “Latest Announcements.”
Click the “Hall Ticket for Term End Examination June 2024” option.
Enter your 9- or 10-digit enrollment number and select your program code from the dropdown menu.
Click “Submit” to display the hall ticket, which includes your name, course codes, exam dates, timings, and exam center details.
Verify all details (e.g., name, subjects, center); contact your Regional Centre immediately if discrepancies are found.
Download and print the hall ticket on A4 paper (color or black-and-white).
Paste a self-attested passport-size photo on the hall ticket and carry it with your IGNOU-issued ID card (or government-issued ID like Aadhaar) to the exam center.
Exam Instructions:
Center Allocation: Appear only at the exam center specified on the hall ticket; no changes are permitted. Jail inmates must appear at designated jail centers.
ID Requirement: Carry the hall ticket and IGNOU ID card (or government-issued ID). Duplicate ID cards can be obtained from the Regional Centre if misplaced.
Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators (unless specified), books, notes, or electronic gadgets are banned. No storage facilities are provided at centers; candidates are responsible for their belongings.
Exam Conduct: Exams are held in two shifts: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM (morning) and 2:00 PM–5:00 PM (evening). Exact duration is mentioned on the question paper. Sign the attendance sheet provided by the invigilator.
Unfair Means: Using unauthorized materials or unfair practices will result in exam cancellation and further action.
