RPSC Public Relation Officer PRO 2024 Exam City / Admit Card

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) is conducting the Public Relation Officer (PRO) 2024 examination to fill six vacancies in the Information and Public Relations Department. Scheduled for May 17, 2025, this competitive exam will test candidates’ knowledge in areas like journalism, general knowledge, and Rajasthan culture. Candidates can check their allotted exam city from May 10, 2025, via the SSO portal and download their admit cards starting May 14, 2025, from the official RPSC website or SSO portal. The selection process includes a written exam followed by an interview, requiring candidates to meet specific educational and experience criteria. Application Fees:

  • General and Other State Candidates: ₹600

  • OBC, BC, SC, ST, PwD, EWS Candidates: ₹400

  • Payment Mode: Online via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Rajasthan E-Mitra Portal

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age Limit: 21 to 40 years as of January 1, 2025 (born between January 2, 1985, and January 1, 2004; age relaxation as per government rules)

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of journalism experience in national/state-level newspapers, news agencies, or public relations departments (e.g., roles like Scrutinizer, Journalist, Subeditor, Reporter, or Assistant PRO).

    • OR Bachelor’s degree with a diploma in journalism from a recognized institution.

    • OR Master’s degree in Hindi or English with 3 years of journalism experience.

  • Additional Requirement: Working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script and familiarity with Rajasthan culture.

Steps to Download Admit Card:

  • Visit the official RPSC website (rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in) or SSO portal (sso.rajasthan.gov.in).

  • Navigate to the “Admit Card” section under “Candidate Information” or find the link for “Download Admit Card for Public Relation Officer Exam 2024.”

  • Log in using your Application ID, Date of Birth, and the displayed Captcha code.

  • Verify your details, download the admit card, and print a clear copy (preferably in color) for exam day.

  • Check the admit card for accuracy (e.g., name, exam center, date) and contact RPSC at 0145-2635200 or 0145-2635212 if you find errors.

  • Bring the admit card and a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) to the exam center.
