Eligibility Criteria
Credit Analyst – Eligibility
Candidates must hold CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized university with at least 50% marks, or be a graduate with minimum 50% marks along with relevant banking certifications.
Essential certifications may include CAIIB, Diploma in Retail Banking, MSME Certification, or Certified Credit Professional.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst in a Bank, NBFC, or Rating Agency is required.
Technical Manager / Regional Technical Manager – Eligibility
Applicants should have completed B.Arch, B.Tech (Civil), or B.E. (Civil) from a recognized university with at least 50% marks.
Candidates must have minimum 2 years of experience as a Credit Technical Manager in a Bank or NBFC.
Lead Analyst – Risk Control Unit – Eligibility
Candidates must be Graduates or Postgraduates in Forensic Sciences, or graduates with minimum 50% marks along with certifications such as CFE, CFPS, or ICA Certificate in Crime Prevention.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Risk Control Unit (RCU) of a Bank or NBFC is required.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 35 years as on 31 December 2025.
Candidates must be born on or after 01 January 1991.
Age relaxation of 5 years is applicable for SC/ST candidates, as per bank rules.
