- For the Official Language stream, candidates must have a Master’s degree in Hindi with English at the Bachelor’s level, or a Master’s degree in Sanskrit, English, Economics, or Commerce with Hindi studied at the Bachelor’s level.
- For Engineering (Electrical and Civil) streams, a Bachelor’s degree in the respective engineering discipline from a recognized institute along with relevant experience is required.
