Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology or a Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum percentage of marks from a recognized university or institution.

GATE 2023 Score:

• Candidates must have appeared for the GATE 2023 examination and must possess a valid scorecard for the selection.

Age Limit:

Selection Procedure:

The selection for the Management Trainee (MT) posts will be based on the following stages:

1. GATE 2023 Score:

   • Candidates will be shortlisted based on their GATE 2023 score. The relevant GATE papers for different disciplines will be considered for shortlisting candidates for the personal interview.

2. Personal Interview:

   • Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.

3. Final Selection:

Pay Scale:

• The selected candidates will be placed in E2 grade with a basic pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month during the probation period.
